Should TMT Publish in Another Language?

The Question

Should Tentmaking Today be published in other languages? If so, which ones?

During the pandemic Tentmaking Today has observed many students enrolling in online courses in other languages to learn more about tentmaking, or to prepare to become tentmakers. Interest is growing. TMT has been asked if they could make their materials available in other languages to help a broader range of people.

We have given this some thought and are unclear whether there is sufficient interest to justify the extra expense. So, we are turning to you, our readers, for suggestions.

The Proposal

TMT will translate its English articles into another language and have a button to select the language of preference.

In the trial period we may use a machine generated translation. Later we will transition to human translation for a smoother and more accurate representation of the original thinking.

TMT invites comment about articles in either language. Comments will be translated so they can be share in both versions.

Eventually TMT will offer original articles around the interest and needs of readers in the second language.

So what do you think?
